I can’t get enough of the first and last day of school signs. It’s been years since I started making them for the blog and I am glad that I did.
Each year my daughter changes and grows at a rapid rate.
Can you believe that school is almost over? I feel like she was born yesterday?
It really does go by fast. Please hold me while I cry into a tub of ice cream.
Once again, Modern Mom Life readers can download free end of school year printables custom made for this year and for all grades. Compare these photos with your First Day of School signs and be blown away by what a difference a year can make.
I love seeing your kids’ photos so be sure to tag me in them. Nothing makes my heart happier than seeing them in their cute last day of school outfits with a smile on their face.
Meanwhile, parents have tears of joy or fear of knowing what to do with their kids all Summer long. Don’t forget to check out our Summer Bucket List to keep your family busy.
How to make and use the last day of school signs
Simply download, print and place your last day of school printable in an 8×10 frame like I did above.
Then, get ready for your eyes to swell. Have a tissue handy!
Because once you compare them to the First Day of School photo you may be shocked to see how much your child(ren) have grown… in less than a school year!
Once I compared the two photos I instantly felt sappy and emotional. What happened to my baby? She is so GROWN! I am so proud of how far she has come.
Do you ever stand there in amazement watching your child light up over something new he or she has learned? It’s the best! Don’t forget to treat your teachers to a coffee gift card for all they have done to guide your children.
What a difference a year makes. These are older photos that I need to update.
