What is the point of having a Dallas Summer Bucket List for your family? Chances are you will hear, “I am bored!” one million times a day. I completely agree that our children should be bored at times to foster their imagination and creativity.
However, there are days where we simply need to get out of the house to save our own sanity. Plus, it’s fun to watch our children discover new hobbies and interests.
If you think you must travel outside of the North Texas area to have an amazing Summer break, think again.
With my combined experience working with children (pre-blog life) and taking my own family on many of these excursions. (I lost count of the number of field trips I coordinated for Summer Camps)
I have rounded up several activities that you can find in your own backyard.
Some are free, some are not.
One Way to Save Money on The Dallas Summer Bucket List
Many of these activities are included with the Pogo Pass Dallas.
Save up to 60% off using code MODERNMOMLIFE.
Visit a few places to make up for the cost of the pass. It’s well worth the price of $39.98 per person to get access to some of the best family entertainment DFW has to offer.
Keep this Dallas Summer Bucket List handy
North Texas fun can be found indoors and outdoors. Not to mention there’s plenty of fun things for teens to do.
Bookmark the Dallas Summer Bucket list to refer to it throughout the summer. It will be updated as I find more fun things to do, so always check back!
