This attraction is an immersive pop-up experience. Walk through your favorite Christmas movies in our all-new 17,000 sq. ft. multi-sensory exhibit. This magical, multi-sensory journey will take you through over 13 scenes from the iconic Christmas movies ELF™, THE POLAR EXPRESS™, NATIONAL LAMPOON’S CHRISTMAS VACATION™, A CHRISTMAS STORY™, and THE YEAR WITHOUT A SANTA CLAUS™.
“Production assistants” guide you through a 20-25 minute experience that feature interactive moments with each featured film.
Of course my favorite movie is National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation. The Polar Express was a close second and the kids loved it. Without giving too much away, here are some of my favorite photos from our tour.

Conclusion
The pandemic has changed Christmas attractions at the Gaylord Texan. However, I think the Gaylord Texan did a fabulous job of reinventing the events and offering a new immersive experience for families. We felt safe thanks to their new protocols and practices in response to COVID-19.
