3. Next, fold the Tags in half.
4. Fill sandwich bags with Halloween treats and close bags.
5. Then, place treat tag toppers on top of the sandwich bags covering the top.
6. Staple the tag and bag together or use glue dots to keep the tag secure.
7. After that, pass the treats out to others! Enjoy!
