Thor Party Treats Guaranteed to Bring Forth the Fun

These Thor party treats are out of this world… literally from Asgard itself. (Marvel fans will understand!)

If you have been following along you know that my life has been engulfed with all things Avengers Infinity War.

I like to take my excitement for Marvel Movies one step further in the kitchen.

These bite sized Thor hammers may be little but they pack a sweet and salty flavor.

Get complete sweetness satisfaction with these Hulk Rice Krispies Treats. I say ‘resembles’ because the treat could also go for Frankenstein. There was a 60/40 split leaning more towards Frankenstein when I polled my Instagram followers. Good thing it’s Halloween season so it could go for both in my world.

There’s no denying that Thor and Hulk are the perfect combination for an Avenger themed party.

How to make Avengers inspired party treats

Thor Bite Sized Hammers

Supplies

Pretzel Sticks
Marshmallows
White Icing
Red sprinkles in a small bowl

Instructions

Spread white icing on the bottom and sides of the marshmallow.

Dip marshmallow into red sprinkles.

Then, insert the pretzel rod in the middle of the marshmallow.

Set aside on parchment to serve later.

(Side note: I have also seen where a block of cheese is used instead of the sweet red sprinkled marshmallow.)

Hulk inspired Rice Krispy Treats

Rice Krispies Treats (pre-made or homemade)
Green Candy Melts (1/2 cup)
Edible eyes
Chocolate sprinkles
Black sparkle gel

Instructions

Melt 1/2 cup of candy melts in the microwave in 30 second increments. Be careful not to overheat or it will not melt smoothly. Sometimes I add a teaspoon of coconut oil if it needs to be extra smooth.

Using a small spatula spread the green mixture evenly to one side at the top of the treat.

Then, dip the Rice Krispies Treats into the chocolate sprinkles to create Hulk’s hair.

Place on parchment paper.

Set the eyes in the center of the treat.

Next, using the sprinkle gel draw eyebrows and lips. Get creative and draw an angry Hulk face.

Both are incredibly easy and fun to make. Perhaps your Hulk Rice Krispies Treats will look more like him than a Frankenstein. Either way, have fun with it and don’t let perfectionism steal your joy.
