- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ¾ cup brown sugar

- Mixing Bowls: Medium bowl and a large bowl.
- Spray or slow cooker liner
- Large baking sheet

How to Make Candied Nuts in the Crockpot
There are many ways to make candied nuts, but making them in a slow cooker is incredibly easy.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together egg whites, vanilla, sugar, brown sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
Add mixed nuts into a large mixing bowl, and pour the vanilla mixture over top. Toss the nuts in the cinnamon mixture to evenly coat.
Spray the crock pot with non-stick spray and pour the nuts in.
Cook on the low heat setting for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
Add a piece of parchment paper to a large baking sheet.
Spread the nuts over the parchment paper onto a cookie sheet into a single layer.
