What is Buffalo Chicken Dip?
Buffalo Chicken Dip is cheesy and can be a little spicy depending how much Frank’s hot sauce you put in it. Some people love more buffalo hot sauce while others like a dash of it. This dip pairs great with tortilla chips or Scoops chips for easy dipping.
Ingredients
- 2 large cans of 4 cups of canned chicken or 4 cups of cooked chicken
- 16 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup buffalo hot sauce (Frank’s)
- I cup ranch dressing
- 1.5 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)

- Cut cream cheese into small pieces and place into crockpot.
- Add chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing and cheddar cheese. Mix.
- Cover and turn heat on low for 3-4 hours or high heat for 1-2 hours. Stir every 30 minutes.

- Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix together.
- Transfer to a lightly greased baking dish.
