Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Open Nature® Creamy Almond Butter with Honey
  • 1 cup Open Nature® Dark Chocolate Hazelnut Granola
  • 1-2 scoops Open Nature® Plant-Based Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 2 tbsp O Organics® Honey
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp O Organics® Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup O Organics® Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips, roughly chopped

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, stir together all ingredients until evenly mixed.
  • Scoop and roll mixture into balls (about 1 1/2 tablespoons each).
  • Store in a covered container in the refrigerator and use as an on-the-go snack.

Notes

  • Substitutions: Peanut butter, Cashew butter, or Almond Butter can be substituted for Almond Butter with Honey.
  • Optional add-ins: These ingredients would be a wonderful addition to this recipe: Dried cranberries, maple syrup, dried blueberries; chopped pecans, almonds walnuts, or cashews; or ground flaxseed.

Expert Tips

If the mixture is hard to combine, consider adding a tablespoon of maple syrup or honey to make it easier to mix.
