Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla, until smooth.

- Divide the sugar mixture evenly into 3 separate bowls.
- To one bowl, add black gel coloring, whisking, and adding more, as needed, to get your desired shade.
- Repeat for the other two bowls with the orange and then the purple gel coloring.

- Prepare a cooling rack with a piece of parchment paper (or foil or something similar) underneath.
- Dip the tops of the donuts into the colorful icing, and let the excess drip off for a few seconds.
- Place them face up on the cooling rack.

- Repeat for all of the donuts, alternating what color icing you dip into.
- Allow the donuts to set so the icing can harden.
- Then, melt the melted wafers or white chocolate candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl, in 30-second increments, stirring well in between.
- Once melted, allow the candy just a couple of minutes to cool.
