Can you freeze stuffed mushrooms?
Yes, you can freeze these mushrooms. However, do not bake the stuffed mushrooms if you are looking to freeze and serve later. Make sure to freeze the mushrooms for at least 2 hours. When ready to serve, cook the mushrooms. Cooking time may be 1x the amount of the original recipe. For this recipe, I would recommend baking for 40 minutes.
Can you eat them as leftovers and reheat?
Sure, if you have any leftover! I would recommend baking for a few minutes until warm or simply popping them in the microwave for 30 seconds.
