- Crumble the sugar cookie dough over a 12-inch pizza pan.
- Press dough into the pan and press together to make your crust, leaving about 1 inch of space around the edge of the pan.
- Bake for 16-20 minutes, until the cookie crust is golden brown.
- Allow the cookie crust to cool completely.
