How to make Mickey Mouse Popcorn Treats
Ingredients & Supplies
- PopSecret Popcorn
- Almond Bark Vanilla Coating Bar
- Red & Yellow Sprinkles
- Red & Yellow M&Ms
- Cookie Sheet
- Parchment Paper – I love these pre-cut cooking sheets
- Party bags or large bowl to serve.
Instructions
Cook popcorn in the microwave according to the directions on the box or your microwave settings.
Spread cooked popcorn on a cookie sheet (with parchment paper on the bottom)
Next, melt 2-3 blocks of Almond Bark in a bowl in 30-second increments. If the mixture is not smooth enough add a teaspoon of coconut oil to spread it more easily.
Pour the Almond Bark melted mixture on top of the popcorn.
Immediately add the M&Ms and sprinkles on top of the vanilla coating.
Place cookie sheet in the refrigerator for 15 – 20 minutes or when everything hardens on the popcorn. Then, scoop popcorn into party bags for your guests or in a huge bowl for yourself! (No judgment here!)
Warning: this Mickey Mouse popcorn recipe is addicting! The sweet and salty combo makes for an enjoyable indulgence.
