5 Simple Linen Closet Organization Tips
The bathroom linen closet organization doesn’t have to be complicated. The first step is to completely remove all the items from your closet and start with a blank canvas. I decided to tackle my bathroom closet and a hallway closet that turned into a junk closet. I still have a ways to go in the organization category, but I am happy to report I tossed a lot of junk out. Remember, the less you own, the less you have to organize!
Purge and declutter
Medicines – Toss out expired medication. I found one bottle from 2015! Yikes! Toss them out! Same with beauty products that may have found their way into your closet. I confess I sem
Beach Towels – I have way too many beach towels in my tiny linen closet. They take up a lot of space. I decided to keep two per person and donate the rest. I am storing them in my bedroom closet for now since there is more space and we don’t really need them right now.
Towels – Towels that felt like sandpaper went to my husband for cleaning up messes in the garage. I kept the towels we use while tossing out a few. My next goal is to purchase matching white towels. I can’t stand the mix-matched look, but it is what it is. I would like to get these white towels to create a cleaner look in my linen closet.
Cleaning supplies – I moved them to another spot in the house where I keep cleaning supplies.
