Santa’s Toy Factory (Nov 11 & 28, Dec 10)
Santa’s Toy Factory is designed to empower creativity through an interactive, immersive experience to meet Santa. Guests have the opportunity to “test” new toys in Santa’s Factory before they get delivered to all the boys and girls on Christmas morning. After they “test” the toys, they visit different stations to digitally design, build and paint toys from Mattel’s iconic brands including Barbie®, Hot Wheels®, and Thomas & Friends™.

Fort Worth Parade of Lights – (Nov 19)
It’s a day filled with exciting things to do throughout Downtown Fort Worth, from taking care of your holiday shopping in Sundance Square to dining out in some of the finest restaurants in Fort Worth, all while enjoying the holiday spirit of the country’s top holiday parade.
The XTO Energy Parade of Lights begins at 6:00 PM at the intersection of Weatherford Street and Houston Street.
Bring your family earlier in the day to celebrate A Postcard Christmas Downtown, and make a day of it. Avoid the crowds by parking early or using our shuttle services from Farrington Field beginning at 2:00 PM) and enjoy lunch at hundreds of great restaurants. Christmas at the Anatole (November 24-26 & Dec select dates)
Beginning Friday, November 24th, the legendary hotel will transform into a winter wonderland complete with festive décor, kids activities and games, train rides and more.
Peppermint Park will take place in the Anatole park and will feature games and activities for kids, visits with Santa Claus, holiday shows, train rides around the park, light displays and more! A select number of tickets will be available to the public, but access to hotel guests is always available.
Christmas at the Anatole is open November 24-26 and December 1-3, 8-10, 15-23, 26-30.

Prairie Lights (Thanksgiving Night – December 31)
Be dazzled with 4 million lights set along 2 miles of path at Prairie Lights. Hundreds of ALL-NEW displays in shapes of all kinds line and arch over the roads. Half way through the drive get out of your car for a stop at Holiday Village where you will find food, gifts, Santa, the brand-new indoor Snow Maze, and the Holiday Magic Lighted Walk-Through Forest. Snowland at Great Wolf Lodge (Nov 26 – Jan 1)
Great Wolf Lodge hosts its annual Snowland celebration, where the resort is transformed into a winter wonderland complete with indoor snow showers, spectacular decorations, visits from Santa Clause, “Polar Wolf” Walks, festive activities at North Pole University, a Great Clock Tower Howl-iday Show, and more.
One of the more spectacular attractions is a life-size dine-in gingerbread house, where families are invited to celebrate the magic of the season by dining inside. Featuring more than 5,000 candies, 600 pounds of gingerbread dough and 1,320 pounds of sugar, each gingerbread house is baked, iced and candied to absolute perfection, setting the scene for a memorable holiday feast. The appetizing walls of the lodge-baked abode have as much heart as taste, as the proceeds for each meal go to Ronald McDonald House Charities.
Guests can opt to stay in festive Snowland Suites, complete with twinkling lights, glimmering garland, a fully decorated tree, oversized snowflakes and a copy of Great Wolf Lodge’s story book, “Unique as a Snowflake.” As a special treat, Wiley and Violet the Wolf hand deliver cookies and milk to each Snowland Suite nightly to help guests end the day with a super sweet surprise.
Dr. Seuss’ How The Grinch Stole Christmas! The Musical (Dec 5 – 17)
Dr. Seuss’ How The Grinch Stole Christmas! The Musical features the hit songs “You’re A Mean One Mr. Grinch” and “Welcome Christmas” (written by Albert Hague and Dr. Seuss) from the original animated series. Max the Dog narrates as the mean and scheming Grinch, whose heart is “two sizes too small,” decides to steal Christmas away from the Holiday loving Whos. Magnificent sets (John Lee Beatty) and costumes (Robert Morgan) inspired by Dr. Seuss’ original illustrations help transport audiences to the whimsical world of Whoville, while the Music and Book of Mel Marvin and Timothy Mason breathe new life into this timeless story of the true meaning of Christmas.

The Fort Worth Youth Orchestra Holiday Concert (Dec 10)
Fort Worth Youth Orchestra (FWYO)’s interactive 2017 holiday event will kick off with seasonal favorites performed by each of the FWYO orchestral ensembles and a special performance from the Philharmonic Orchestra accompanied by the Fort Worth ISD’s Children’s Honor Choir.

Scuba Diving Santa at Sea Life Grapevine Aquarium (select dates in December)
Celebrate the holiday season and see Scuba Diving Santa, along with his elf, make a festive appearance in a water wonderland at SEA LIFE Grapevine Aquarium amongst sharks, stingrays, sea turtles, fish and other marine life, during special holiday dive shows. Guests can also watch the aquarium’s animals receive special holiday treats and enrichment gifts in the ocean tank and Stingray Bay.
- Scuba Diving Santa: Experience a dive show like no other with a jolly red-suited diver, beard and all, along with his elf as they take the plunge in a magical dive show amongst the fish, sharks and stingrays in SEA LIFE Grapevine’s 160,000-galloon ocean tank. Pose for pictures and find out if Scuba Diving Santa thinks you’ve been naughty or nice. Scheduled dives occur on December 13, 16, 20 and 23 at 11:30 a.m.
- Holiday-Themed Animal Enrichment: The ocean tank will transform into a water wonderland on December 13, 16, 20 and 23 at 10:30 a.m. when special treats and enrichment gifts in the shape of decorative wreaths, gingerbread men and holiday trees are given to the turtles, stingrays and sharks.
- Stingray Ornament Bobbing: Watch stingrays get into the holiday spirit when they bob for tasty ornaments in Stingray Bay on December 12, 19 and 24 at 11 a.m.
