Cinnamon Shore is a beautiful luxury beachfront community located in Port Aransas, Texas. The property is comprised of two areas: Cinnamon Shore North and the new and developing Cinnamon Shore South. If you are searching for a fun beach family vacation, girl’s weekend, or couples getaway, Cinnamon Shore is definitely your answer.
Be sure to grab my beach vacation meal planning guide before you head that way if you plan on eating in for some meals.
Cinnamon Shore offered our family a complimentary stay in exchange for this review. All opinions are my own.
Need to recharge? Cinnamon Shore is your answer
There is something about the beach that soothes my soul and brings me back to a place of ME. All distractions fade away and I can focus on my family and clear my mind. The beauty of the shoreline with the sounds of waves crashing in does something to calm my anxiety and worries. Let’s face it – there is a lot of uncertainty and fear happening right now thanks to the pandemic.

Where we stayed
We stayed in a beautiful townhome called Blue Heron TC in the middle of the community. Located next to the green space of the Town Center, the condo is just across from the community restaurant Lisabella’s Bistro & Bar and open-air pavilion. It was a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome perfect for multiple families to travel together. Head to my Instagram to see what it looked like inside.
Cinnamon Shore Vacation rental directory
There is not a shortage of vacation rentals and there are more developing as we speak at Cinnamon Shore South. Guests can choose beachfront, gulf view, pet-friendly, and large vacation rental homes. Condominiums, cottages, and townhomes are also available. Pricing varies per rental property. They have thought of something for everyone.
Things to Do at Cinnamon Shore
There is not a shortage of things to do at Cinnamon Shore – even in October! We spent the majority of the time at the beach because the weather was great. I was also impressed with their socially distanced activities such as Movies Under the Stars, S’mores bonfire, Beach Yoga, and Sandcastle lessons.
The Cinnamon Shore property map shows the layout and how to get access to the beach. The map also shows the locations of their three pools (two of which are heated), restaurants, shops, parks, and even a fishing pier.
Cinnamon Shore restaurants
One of the perks of staying here is the ability to visit quality restaurants a short walk or golf cart drive away.
Coffee Waves offers Iced Drinks, such as Iced Coffee, Iced Chai and Iced Caramel Macchiato; Hot Drinks, including Espresso, Hot Chocolate, Cafe Mocha, House Blend and more; and Frozen Drinks, including gelato and fruit smoothies.
Dylan’s Coal Oven Pizzeria
Offering authentic, New York style pizza, classic salads, pastas, Italian sandwiches, and signature coal oven wings. Our condo was right next door so we loved being able to sit outside on the patio to enjoy drinks and appetizers. Check hours of operations here.
Lisabella’s (Sun – Tue Closed)
Guests can enjoy savory staples like crab cakes, sea scallops, red snapper belle meuniere, and our specialty Mermaid Soup are perfectly complemented by a large wine selection, craft cocktails, and made-from-scratch desserts. Free activities for all ages
Sure, you could stay at the beach the entire time and that is fine. If your kids are like mine they get bored after a while with the beach (I don’t!). The property offers a variety of family-friendly activities that differ throughout the year. Some are free while others are an additional cost.
The Dune Pool
The Dune Pool is the biggest pool, with water features and plenty of lounge chairs. It stands in the shadow of the community’s natural dune, anchored by waving grasses and wildflowers, along Grand Boulevard. And it’s here that we offer PaddleBoard Yoga classes, as well.
Kiera’s Pool offers a scenic view over its infinity edge to Lake Gavin and the charming homes that surround it. C Bar serves food and drinks with a great menu perfect for lounging and relaxing at the water’s edge.
Stillwater Pool is a heated pool, and it’s located on Stillwater Drive. Outside food and drinks are allowed at this pool.

Golf Cart and Bike rentals
One great thing about Port Aransas is that you can drive golf carts and cars on the beach. I highly recommend investing in a golf cart rental.
There are so many things to explore on property and walking everywhere would take a lot of time and energy. Top Deck also offers bike rentals for $45 per day.
Cinnamon Shore Houses for Sale
Looking to invest in beachside town living on the Texas coast? They have plenty of real estate opportunities available right now.
Our family has visited many Texas beach properties. Staying at Cinnamon Shore proved to me that a family beach vacation doesn’t have to be that stressful. They thought of it all from offering golf cart rentals to planning quality free entertainment and even reserving beach chairs and umbrellas for guests to relax on the shore. They also have a market on-site if you forget grocery items (which we did). The property was clean, designed with an upscale coastal feel in mind and the staff was friendly. The cost to stay here is a bit higher than some of the other vacation rentals we have stayed, but I would say it’s definitely worth it to experience Port Aransas (stress-free) in all its beautiful glory. You will get pampered and spoiled here. Soak in the memories and leave the stress at home. Consider a trip to Cinnamon Shores now. I promise you won’t regret it. You may also decide to invest in a property of your own – I know that idea is spinning in my head right now. The memories I made here are priceless.
