Looking for a special way to celebrate the holidays in North Texas? There might be an abundance of Christmas events in DFW to choose from, but there’s nothing quite like Christmas at the Anatole. It’s the perfect staycation for families to celebrate the holidays distraction-free.
Thank you Dallas Hilton Anatole for the complimentary stay in exchange for this review. All opinions are my own.

Why Christmas at the Anatole should be on your holiday bucket list
There’s no shortage of fun at the Hilton Anatole even during a pandemic. Here are my top things you must check out during your stay. There are limited tickets available for the public, but don’t miss your chance to stay overnight to experience Christmas at the Anatole Experience. Although Peppermint Park is not happening at this year’s festivities, there is still plenty of family fun to be had.
Disclaimer: You are ultimately responsible for your decision to attend any public gathering and assume the risk of possibly being exposed to COVID-19. Please check with the hotel prior to booking in case changes to operations are made.
Christmas at the Anatole Activities
Letters to Santa
Kids can write a letter to Santa and mail them directly to the North Pole via the mailbox in the lobby.

Kids Activities
Bingo, arts and crafts, scavenger hunt through the resort.

Pictures with Santa
Be sure to mark off the annual Santa picture to-do from your holiday list while you’re at the Hilton Anatole. Pricing depends on which print or digital package you choose via a contact-free method (QR codes)
VIP Santa Experience is an enhanced experience the evening of check-in that includes an exclusive meet-n-greet event with Santa and one of his live reindeer with a family portrait. This experience is included with the Santa Suite package, and can be booked along with other upgrades separately at the Elf Help Desk from 4–5:30 p.m. daily (based on availability).

S’mores
S’mores kits available for purchase for use around the fire pit in the sculpture garden
Holiday Movie Night
Change into your jammies and make your way to the ballroom for movie night. The Hilton Anatole provides blankets and pillows so you can get cozy while watching a family-friendly movie. The featured movie changes regularly, and there’s freshly popped popcorn, candy, and snacks to enjoy.

Breakfast with Santa
Don’t miss out on the opportunity to have breakfast with Santa! Nothing can compare to having a breakfast meal with the Big Guy himself. While you’re eating, Mr. & Mrs. Claus take pictures with families before reading a story by the Christmas tree. My kids couldn’t quit smiling once they entered the room.
Breakfast is held in a 28,000 square-foot ballroom where the hotel can socially distance about 100 family tables. Tables are assigned to individual families, up to 10ppl.

We had a great experience! The tables were spread out to allow for social distancing and the food was plentiful. Instead of a full scale buffet, they brought most of the food to your table. There was a an omelet and taco bar available. Hand sanitizer stations were available and face coverings are required unless you are eating or drinking.

Photo Opportunities
The Dallas Anatole is a large luxury hotel. Take time to explore the venue. Stumble upon magnificent holiday decor and impressive art that you can only find at the Anatole. There’s plenty of fun photo opportunities so make sure you have your camera handy. Be on the lookout for a performing Christmas Tree on stilts.
