How to make Backyard Bacon Wrapped Corn
4-6 slices Wright Brand Naturally Hickory Smoked Bacon
1/4 cup chipotle mayo
1/4 cup butter, melted
3 ears corn ears
3 tablespoons of lime juice
Chili Powder – sprinkle to taste
De-husk corn, cut off ends, and chop in half.
Soak corn in deep dish with water to plump up kernels for 15 minutes.
Prepare chipotle mayo mixture – Mix chipotle mayo, chili powder, and lime juice in bowl and set aside.
Lather corn with butter and wrap one slice bacon around it securing with tooth picks.
Heat grill to medium heat.
Grill for 10 to 20 minutes turning often until you start getting grill marks on corn and bacon is cooked.
Lather chipotle mayo mixture on corn and bacon.
