It’s time to display your fancy fruit by creating a few hanging fruit baskets. Get your fruit off your counter and on your wall to make an organized and fun piece of wall art. Did I mention I spent less than $25 on this organization and decor project?
DIY Hanging Fruit Baskets Supplies
Any wire bread basket will do for organizing fruit on your wall. Here are a few baskets that would work depending on your own personal decorating style:
Winco WBKG-15 Oblong Wire Bread Basket
Other supplies needed:
1/2-Inch Plastic Cable Clamps
Place the felt pads on the basket on the back end to avoid damaging your wall.
Wood screws to secure the basket to the wall
Easy as pie! Fill your baskets with fruit and be excited that you have freed up some space on your kitchen countertops. I try to keep our fruit baskets full and as you can see some of my bananas are browning a little earlier than I would have liked. I like how these baskets add color to my kitchen and remind me to eat my fruit. If they were hidden in my dark pantry, it is possible they may be forgotten. Sometimes I use the bottom basket to hold diaper wipes too for cleaning up our meal messes.
What creative and budget-friendly ways do you organize your kitchen or pantry supplies? Do you have hanging fruit baskets in your house?
