Ingredients
- 3 cups Open Nature Greek Yogurt Plain and Nonfat
- O Organics Syrup Maple 100% Pure
- Canned Pumpkin
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
For the granola:
- 1 cup O Organics® Old Fashioned Oats
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tablespoon O Organics Syrup Maple 100% Pure
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Open Nature Pecan Halves, chopped
How to make pumpkin parfaits
First, make the granola:
Preheat oven to 340 degrees.
In a medium bowl, mix the O Organics Old Fashioned Oats, salt, melted butter, maple syrup, chopped pecans, and pumpkin spice. Mix until fully coated.
Spread the mixed granola on a non-stick baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes. Move granola around halfway through baking to get them baked evenly. When they are golden brown and crispy, they are done.
How to make pumpkin parfaits
In one medium mixing bowl, mix the Open Nature Greek Yogurt, 1 tablespoon of O Organics Syrup, and vanilla.
In a separate medium mixing bowl, mix the pumpkin, 1 tablespoon of maple syrup, and the pumpkin pie spice.
Pro tip: Use a hand mixer to whisk it more efficiently.
